Total Weights:
This is the number of weights raised by you. The weights raised by you is calculated by our Server automatically, after analysing various factors like your date of joining, quality and quantity of the responses raised by you, your contribution towards the growth of the concern and many other factors. You can know the number of Weights raised by you by logging on to your members area. Total Weights would be displayed under the heading Credit details. Total Weights is also updated on a daily basis. That is, once in 24 hrs.
Note: To be in short, Total Responses measures the quantitative aspect of your work, and Total Weights measures the qualitative aspect of your work.
2) Okay, how my earnings would be calculated?
Answer:
Your earnings is also calculated in two ways. The amount paid for the Responses raised is known as Responses Earnings, and the amount paid for the Weights raised is known as Weightage Earnings. The Total Amount earned by you is nothing but, the summation (adding up of) of both Responses Earnings and Weightage Earnings.
3) What is the maximum number of enquiries or responses that I could generate?
Answer:
There are no maximum limits. If you place more ads, you can generate more responses, which in turn would increase your earnings.
4) What is the maximum number of weights that I could generate?
Answer:
You could generate only a maximum of 50 Weights. Once if your Total Weights reached 50, then thereafter you will not get any Weightage Earnings and you will be getting only Responses Earnings.
5) Okay, you are saying that I will not be paid any Weightage Earnings, when my Total Weights reached 50. But, still I want to have Weightage Earnings. What can I do for it?
Answer:
You have to join the Program Again. You should find the same job offer again on the Internet,

7) If I re-join your company, can I use the same Email Id, Optional Email Id and Working Email Id?
Answer:
Yes, you can use the same. If you log on into the Members area using the same Email Id or Optional Email Id, you will get the information for both the old member account plus the new one. The new one will be displayed below the old one. And it would be easy for you to know how much you have earned from each and every account.
8) Can I also introduce my family members into the jobwork?
Answer:
Yes. You can introduce your family members also into the jobwork. But, they must be of legal age and they must have a bank account.
9) Why your company needs many members?

1) When will be the Payment Declared?

2) What is the Minimum Amount for which you will make payment?

Payment will be made, if your earnings is Rs.500 or more. If your earnings is less than Rs.500, the Amount will be carried over to the next month. And it will be added up with the earnings of next month.
3) How is my earnings calculated?
Answer:
Your Earnings is calculated under 3 Heads.
i) Brought Forward
- the amount brought forward from last month.
- that is, if you have earned less than Rs.500 last month, it will be brought here.
ii) Responses Earnings
- the amount paid for the responses(enquiries) raised by the ads placed by you.
- the amount paid per response will be computed by the server automatically. Nobody can change or alter it. You will be paid correctly according to your proportion of contribution to the Total Earnings of the Company.
- this amount is paid for your work.
iii) Weightage Earnings
- the amount paid for the weights raised by you.
- the amount paid per weight is also computed by the Server automatically.
4) What is the amount paid per Response and the amount paid per Weight?
Answer:
The amount paid per Response and the amount paid per Weight is computed by the Server automatically considering various factors like Total Earnings of the company, your contribution towards the Total Earnings, the weightage of your contribution, quality of your work, quantity of your work etc., So, it may differ from month by month.
To be in figures the amount paid per Response may be up to Rs.80 depending on the quality of the response, and the amount paid per Weight may vary between Rs.50 to Rs.150.
5) Why are you not mentioning any amounts(remunerations) exactly? Or
Why don't you have a fixed amount for each Response and for each Weight?
Answer:
If we fix an amount for each Response or each Weight, it is only you who is most badly affected. You will not get your right share in the earnings of the company. You will get only very less than what you contribute.
As said above, the amount to be paid per response and the amount to be paid per weight is computed by the Server automatically, taking into account various factors. By this method you will not be cheated or betrayed. We will pay you the right share in total earnings of the company. At any case you will not be under paid as others do. Your earnings will certainly increase if our earnings increase. Our earnings will automatically increase if you work for us. To be very short and simple: "We are sharing our earnings with our members, which others will never do". That's all.
We have adopted this system of calculating payment because, here there is no chance for exploitation or betrayal or cheating or under-payment. You will get your right remuneration for your contribution.
Note: Our earnings will never go down. It is increasing month by month. So, you need not have to worry about. Certainly your earnings will also increase month by month. But, if we fix an amount for each and every thing, your earnings will not increase month by month. It will remain the same. So only, we have not fixed an amount. It is fixed by the Server automatically by considering various factors.
6) How can I know how much I have earned and whether the payment is made to me this month or it is carried over to Next Month?

2) At what time should I work?
Answer:
You can work at any time day or night. If possible, work 1 to 2 hours daily. It would bring regular traffic, which in turn would increase your earnings steadily. If working daily is not possible then no problem. You work whenever you get time.
3) Can I place the Company Ads in other websites also? That is other than the websites supplied to me.
Answer:
You can do it, if you wish. But, if you do so, certainly the number of responses would go up, which in turn would increase your earnings too. But, you have to find the websites (that is classifieds, newsgroups, message boards, job boards, discussion forums, clubs) by yourself. You can find those websites by using search engines like www.yahoo.com, www.google.com, www.askjeeves.com, www.altavista.com, www.alltheweb.com, www.search.com, www.hotbot.com etc., by searching for keywords like "classifieds, free classifieds, indian classifieds, job boards, indian job boards, message boards, indian message boards, discussion boards, indian discussion boards, home based jobs, small business, telecommuting jobs, typing jobs, money making etc.,)
But, before placing ads in those sites, check whether that site is present in our Rejected.wri file. Rejected.wri contains the names of the websites that are rejected, banned, cancelled and problematic. That is, you should not make any postings there. It would be considered as an offense and you would be charged, if you make any postings in those websites. We would like to make one thing clear. We would not charge you for posting the messages in these banned or rejected sites. But, the site owner may take legal actions against you and we are not responsible for it. So, always make a crosscheck with the Rejected.wri file before posting your message to any of the sites, which you have found yourself. Making crosschecks is very easy. Just open the file Rejected.wri by double-clicking on it and press ctrl+F. Now the find dialog box will be appearing on the screen.
