Love story movies are generally of two types. Sometimes the story writer himself felt in love with someone in real and so he writes his experience in the love story and also explains the story to the film directory.Since the writer is writing his own experience, this is making the movie true in the sense. Often the same thing happens in love, in most love stories. So when people see a movie with a love story which is somebody's real life experience, they can compare their story with their own love story and feel relaxed that he saw something original. Such movies often do well in box office and earn good revenue. Stories which are just created by a story writer doesnt pay much as there is no original work but just a fiction. But still some writers have great art in them to write better stories and direction is also done well. So sometimes these kind of movies also get popular and often liked by people who havent yet experienced any such love.
