First Love of Radha Kishan : Food Love

When any one is in love with any one else or any thing else, one just want the increase. Some loves to watch movies, some loves travelling and some others love to eat. TOday we are going to discuss the food lovers, those who love to eat. According to the definition of love we just made, food lover just wants the increase in food, variety in food and better tastes in food. Lets see what this love gives and what it takes.

Food is the basic need. Its necessary for the proper physical and mental growth. Food lovers must take care in the selection of the food they are taking. THis must be a balanaced diet. Balanced diet means balanced mind and balanced body. Especially the growing children must love the food. During this age the children are more interested in games, outing and other activities. It is the duty of the parents to build up the healthy habits of taking good meal. Especially milk, eggs and other proteins.

Similarly people of all ages smust have atleast some love devoted to food. In todays busy life, taking meal is also a burden for some people. They take it like a duty and just want to kill their appetite. Fast foods, use of frequent cold drinks, tea, coffee etc. has really a bad impact on the health. People do this to save their time, but actually they are reducing their life time thus making their biggest loss. So such people must share some percentage of their love with food. This love sharing will result in the more energy in them and will lead to a more happy life.

We can say these people eat to live. On the other end you will also observe the people, who live to eat. These are the real food lovers. Usually these food lovers just love to have the tasty and delicious meals. They donot care about the quality of food and the contents of the food . If the taste is ok, food is best even if it contains bad contents like high cholestrol etc. On the other hand the best mixed diet without much taste will be ignored. This is the type of love that will give you pain. Food lovers like to have as much meal as they can. Their are many results of such a love.

A most common result is the weight increase problem. Obesity may be due to the genetical reasons, but but another main factor is food love. Obesity is not only a single problem, but the cause of many other dangerous diseases. Such a blind love with food usually gives the pains for the whole of life. Such a love must be reduced. I am not saying stop loving the food or stop eating. No! just change the way you love with food. What i mean is take as much meal that you can digest. Regular walk and exercise will help you of course. Another way is the decrease in the food quantity.

But our most food lovers will really disagree with my last suggestion. I mean reduce the food quantity. You know lovers only want the increase. So food lover will not reduce the diet even he knows its negative impacts on his health and life. So is there any other solution for such mad lovers of food ? I think yes, there is a solution.

This solution is the nice and carefull selection of food and systematically decrease in the desire and love of food. If you will choose the type of food that have the less calories in it, then having more food will give you less damage. Take care in selection of your cooking oil, fats level and protein level in your diet. Try to have the food that have less mount of these contents. And if you can hire a good cook or luckily have a guru wife then it will be a great relief. Well cooked and tasty meal that has less cholestrol and protein and fats will not only satisfy your love with food but also your health will be saved.

Another way is trying to decrease the habits slowly. For example if you are in a habit of having a cup of ice cream every night. Just carry on but take less than full cup. Keep it up and start reducing the amount to half. After that try to shift this habit to alternate days. If you did not loose heart and carried it on, you may take this habit to once a week. And a cup of ice cream, once a week is Ok .

So as a concluding words i want to say that your love with food must have some rules and regulations with it. Other wise this love may result in a situation where you will not be able to love any thing else in the life except food. And this is horrible.
